To the people asking why would you pay this much for rent. Its simple.
A lot of wealthy people rent these properties as a way to get tax deductions/tax write-offs. Which is why so many houses are built in London with rent ludicrously high, its not just so you cant afford it. So when you're seeing rent for £3000 -10000 a week/month remember that. Sometimes the "renters" don't even live in the properties.

People need to realise how big London really is. It's double the size of New York. These people don't live in the city of London, otherwise a property that large would easily be 10k+ a month. This is south London. However the property is lovely.
