Both my grandmas told me I’d still have healthy black hair well into old age if I ate black sesame paste often. Unfortunately that didn’t happen since I started getting whites and silvers in middle school, but I did learn to love unsweetened black sesame paste on toast or just by itself out of the jar like peanut butter. Fun fact I learned is if you consume a decent amount of black sesame paste, your poop will actually come out much darker than normal lol
