Replacement theology infected even Luther... Yet God still used him to restore the truth of the Gospel and faced death because of it. The phrase that motivated Luther's quest for truth was "the just shall live by faith." Shalom.

Luther was right to call out the selling of indulgences
You don’t pay for forgiveness of your sins, just confess and ask God for forgiveness
Jesus Blood covers sin
His death and resurrection reconciled us to God
No one gets to the Father except through the Son

“Secularism started with anthropocentrism, and the catalyst that helped this to grow was the so-called Protestant Reformation (begun by Luther in 1517). In the religious sphere, man declared himself to be the center, and this is subjectivism. It was, in some way, a tendency toward pride that was expressed very clearly in Luther and then in the Enlightenment. Then came the movement of Deism, which began in seventeenth century England. It was not yet formally Freemasonry, but it was born in the Protestant environment. Secularism is the necessary consequence of Protestantism.” Bishop Athanasius Schneider, Christus Vincit, pg. 52.

"it was the beginning for the modern world"

Yeah I agree and that's not a good thing. If you look how bad the modern world is you should realize that the middle ages were much better in many ways

Sounds like the enemies are still at it . Perfect man, no . But did God use him ? Yes ! . Why is it that some are always trying to denigrate everyone in history who actually did something right . And anything can also be taken extremely out of context to prove anything, to promote their own narratives . And what have they done to shake things up, toward freedom as he did ? Many ideas also came to America's founding as well .

Great video! but they never mentioned his anti-semitism.

He didn't bring enough change. Too much, and too many denominations, have still embraced, too much man made traditions, from Catholicism.

“Christ committed adultery first of all with the woman at the well about whom St. John tells us. Was not everybody about Him saying: “Whatever has he been doing with her?” Secondly, with Mary Magdalene, and thirdly with the woman taken in adultery whom he dismissed so lightly. Thus even Christ, who was so righteous, must have been guilty of fornication before He died.“

Luther 👎🏽

Just so everyone knows, whether you're a Christian or a Protestant, Fr. Martin Luther was one of the most notorious blasphemers in history.

Let me start out by saying that the following statements can't be dismissed as "not his own" because they all go together into one distorted worldview, and they accurately portray Fr. Martin Luther's obsessions in life. I'll stress that first part again: The blasphemous statements are COMMON throughout his speech, so to say they "aren't his" is completely erroneous.

He made statements about Christ committing adultery with three women, about God being "nothing more than a scoundrel" about having "more faith in my [his] pupils than in Christ"... the list goes on.

A lot of his statements revolve around his obsession with sexual matters, including his statement "If the wife is not willing, let the maid come", this was also expressed in his personal life where he fornicated with a nun, and then married her.

The "faith alone" bit is purported to come from Fr. Martin Luther not wanting to confess his sin of killing his opponent in a duel. Anyone who knows anything about Fr. Martin Luther knows that he had a mental disorder when it came to guilt...

No, God didn't use Luther, Luther used God for a means to the end. The wrong end.
