Schneller Apfelkuchen mit Vanillepudding (mit Rezept)

Ein schnell zubereiteter Apfelkuchen aus nur wenigen Zutaten. In nur 15 Minuten entsteht ein Teig der in knapp 1h Backzeit zum besten Apfelkuchen der Welt wird! Bevorzugt natürlich heimische Äpfel!

Einkaufsliste:
5 Äpfel
Zitrone
150g Butter
150g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise Zimt
2 Eier
1 Pck. Puddingpulver Vanille
250g Mehl glatt
3 TL Backpulver
5 EL Milch
50g Walnüsse
2 EL Rum
1 TL Vanillezucker
Fett
Puderzucker

Zubereitung:
Äpfel schälen, kleinwürfelig schneiden und mit Zitronensaft, Rum, Zimt und Vanillezucker verrühren. Butter, Zucker und Salz mit einem Rührgerät weißcremig mixen. Die Eier nacheinander unterrühren. Puddingpulver, Mehl und Backpulver versieben. Diese Mehlmischung abwechselnd mit der Milch unter den Teig heben. In eine befettete und bemehlte Springform füllen und bei 175 °C Umluft im Backrohr 50 Minuten goldbraun backen. Den Kuchen aus dem Rohr nehmen, auskühlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen!
