I believe that it is the same mutant toilet. Here's my evidence
1. When he approaches the POVwoman, you can see the stab wound clearly.
2. He uses the same male model
3. Same stance, same base and when he approaches camerawoman you can see him move his hands, implying that he is going to do the same grab move that he did when he first killed the pov back in his first appearance
4. Since there are no large speakermen, he has normal human skin
5. He learnt from his past mistakes: When he was originally killed, he had 2 flying toilets beside him, which were both killed off. Last time this happened he stood there and did nothing and got attacked, but now the exact same scenario happens and he flies away at the first sign of danger.

Hear me out. In 1:45 i dont think the mint cameramans are the ones who killed plungerman but healing him in battle instead. Which make sense cuz secret agent said "this battle you did not survive plungerman" meaning they were trying to keep plungerman alive cuz when scientist toilet shot plungerman with his lasers and plungerman survived because he "blocked" it with the gun and did not die. And when they done killed scientist toilet he then dies. I dont know if this theory is correct but who knows
