Hi! In Greek OK (Ola Kala, means "All Good" and not "It is good". Greek sailors used it, that's how it spread to the world.

You know when not to take a video seriously when they can't even properly translate the Greek OK (Ola Kala) in English. "Ola Kala" means "All Good" and not "it is good". Big difference. I would claim that the Greek version is definitely the most plausible explanation due to the fact that whether you use in Greek "OK" or "Ola Kala" in a sentence it won't make a difference at all. They can be used interchangeably.
