It’s just like a kettle bell workout. You gain some muscle mass, some strength, and cardio at the same time. This is a great way to get shredded just like power cleans.

I like to do this with a single dumbell and explode up than switch sides and repeat. Its made my legs feel so strong when i started doing these

Probably alright for cardio but truly a waste of time for strength and conditioning
