It’s not easy training yourself to shift your focus to light. Does the journey get easier?

I think life gets easier in many ways, but age and complexity can make some things harder. For example, as you grow older you earn more money so you have fewer financial problems (sometimes). But with age also comes deeper self awareness and you can take a proverbial scalpel to your inner issues and work on them - that can feel tough but the only reason you can focus on them is because other parts of life got easier.
