Frankly none of the exo planets discussed in the video seem to be more suitable for life than Earth. So, the title caption is somewhat misleading.

What is ‘wave locking’ or ‘tidal blocking?’ I believe the terminology you’re looking for when one side of a planet perpetually faces its host star is ‘tidally locked.’ In this scenario, the rotation of a planetary body around its axis matches that of its revolution around its star.

After watching this video shows we are really all alone. No hope whatsoever.

Best channel on YouTube.

Vids put most regular TV docs to shame.

Complicated and interesting subjects explained for regular people without talking down to us.

Great delivery. Hope you earn leads out of it.

The self thinking A.I that we develop will have the exo planets to escape to

This vid demonstrates just how difficult it is to find a planet to be our 2nd home, when the time comes.

perhaps scientists should focus on the study of the 70 percent of the unknown in this water planet that we live on

Besides the misleading premise, the whole approach was not credible. The facts offered were great. But speculations were soooo unsupported as to be laughable.

"...very rare if not unique..."? WTHell does that mean? Moreover, isn't all water "liquid"? If H20 is frozen, it's called "ice", if gaseous, it's called "vapor".

My gut feelings telling me that there's 12 Earth like planets in the Milky Way solar system that we haven't found yet and we won't find them for another five hundred years but I was here on May 8th 2023

The question that's begging to be asked is. if these planets are better for life than mother earth why did we not evolved on one of them

I feel like you might should have done some proofreading on your narrative on this video. It’s riddled with word errors and such.

So - they don't directly observe any of these planets they "discovered" that they are more suitable for life than earth - how about being honest - they discovered what they BELIEVE MAY BE planets - and these planets MAY have a favorable environment for life.
