Inherent and intrinsic morals/virtues that stem from one’s philosophy they uphold for the very sake of upholding them - will always be more valuable than someone’s morals they uphold out of fear or love of a divine being.

Yes, you go love your religion. You go believe in your faith. But don't peer pressurize me into believing I'm lost because I don't follow a certain religion to have faith.

I don't have to worship an idol to be grateful for all the good things happening to me. If bad things happen, I'll just be like "welp, sh*t happens...gotta cry for a moment and move on". If I want to pray for a moment, I pray but not to an idol but to that person/event hoping things would go well.

I wish there are more people respectful to atheists.

Perfect. The most hostile people I have ever known are those who say they believe they will be reborn in heaven yet of I question that they lose all self control and just cut me off. I think they are afraid of death more than I am. I know life is precious and we should live the best life we can because this is all we get. Be kind, be gracious and love hard.

If you need threat to not be a danger to others, you aren't someone that should be trusted.

It should be the default of it being unthinkable. Not the threat of punishment. It should be the understanding if you would not like it if one were to steal from you, hurt you and that would negatively affect you, that you wouldn't seek to cause that pain on another. By the nature of humans being human. Not of the threat of eternal torture. If that's all what keeps you from doing such things? You are no better than the raving lunatic that states if not for the laws of this land he would butcher.

Both are indictive of a lack of humanity. Something religion doesn't fix by the nature of being religion as that doesn't address the problem.

So believe this I have missed so many last times ie I never realised it was the last time I would walk through the door of a loved one ms house I always thought I would be able to do that people die and houses get sold, I regret not going out for dinner with my dad on the last day he drove the taxi after 50 years or celebrating the moment he relocated to Budgewoi life takes over and then you look back and you wonder how you could have missed the significance of these precious moments❤ my advice to me since realising this is to pay attention don’t take these things for granted try not to miss the moment because whatever task you are focused on will no doubt be still there but not that moment ❤ if we get out of this life having spread as much love, joy and hope to me that is a blessed life xxx

I believe in god. I am a Christian. And it is true life is precious. Because all the suffering you get in the years you’re here, makes the high points so much more worth it. Although i eventually intend to connect with my father in heaven, im grateful he gave me a chance to come down here.
