Spencer and Suki were twins born into not the best family, their dad got into the wrong crowd and was pretty absent in their life after their mom had Winnie, completing the small family of 5
(5 because minus the dad of course) when Winnie turned 7 their mom passed away, Leaving Spencer and Suki to care for 8 and 7 year old Winnie and Austin.
