The Init Fuel Prediction page of the MCDU says ZFWCG, which, as the name suggests, the ZERO FUEL center of gravity, but on your excel sheet, it says TAKEOFF Center of Gravity, which is not the same at all. After startup, on the 'Fuel Pred' page, there are numbers for ZFW/ZFWCG, AND the GW/CG, which is with the fuel included, and that center of gravity should be used to set the pitch trim, not the zero fuel CG, but correct me if my logic is incorrect.

1+F would be used if you had flex temp set (just below the trim setting) for a reduced thrust takeoff, otherwise the MCDU will expect TOGA thrust on takeoff. This is something that has to be calculated separately as well.

Sir you forgot to actually set the trim. Entering values in the MCDU just tells your autopilot your config, but the AP wont set your T/O trim for you, just like the AP wont extend the flaps for you. For this you wanna go to the F-CTL ECAM page, which gives you the status if your trim. Then you need to spin the trim wheel manually to set the trim.

I do it on the trim wheel. is there a difference using the box (ex: 30.4 align on the arrow, it's precise about + - 0.2) ?
