Wow! I don't want to be too long, but this does ring me like some Bob Dylan lyrics that have stayed with me for 3 decades now.... "She opened up a book of poetry and handed it to me - written by an Italian poet from the 16th century - and every one of those words rang true, and glowed like burning coal - pouring off of every page like it was written in my soul...". recent experience, im watching vunrable animals, specialy dogs around the world suffering, abusing, ignoring. abandonding by humans, im getting very sad, and crying badly, feeling all of them, how are these poor loyal dogs pain, i putting myself to their place, belive me its real my pain suffer with thrse angel animals, , im getting shame as human is my or our identity. i wanna help all of them around world, .. mire i ve been titaly changed, connecting trees, said, ..Mo.

You got the last one wrong, it’s your choice, to still help yourself or make a subtle change amongst other everyday, even though if you are thinking about them, or you observed someone nearby, if you are truly awakened, then it’s all about giving, but preserving yourself at the same time. As above so below!
