Tobacco on its own as nicotine is actually a good thing. We have nicotine receptors. I encourage everyone to search for a documentary called genetically modified children. This doco is about the tobacco industry.

i don't promote it netheir I smoke but theres an article says that nicotine is an anti alzhemers compound...maybe because our brain has nicotine receptors... if i want to smoke i ll do it through vaping but its addictive so i don't do it

Many nutrients are missing from the vegan diet and will over years cause serious health problems.

Even vegetarians after many years show serious health problems. Plus both followers are always hungry unless they eat often.

The body does not like glucose. It uses glucose first to get rid of it, if you don't use it it is turned into fat by insulin.
Maximum amount of safe glucose in blood 1 teaspoon. The liver can make what little we need. Then you are hungry again in 2-3 hours as insulin will not allow stored fat to be used.
