Hey guys! I got a request to make this video from one of my friends a couple of weeks back, so I decided that I'd try it out. I don't know if it will help you though - only you can decide that :) I hope that this does give you a better understanding of what is required though, to solve the First 2 Layers of a 3x3 in less than 10 seconds.

Hey everyone! I've just released a video where I do 3 example walk through solves on the 3x3 using advanced F2L! If this video helped you, hopefully the walk through solves will too 😁

3:20. I replayed that several times to catch before you explain about 30 seconds later 😅
Same number of moves as the alg I was using, but way quicker to execute.
The left side and rear inserts are going to be a big help too.
Thanks.

Thank you!! I average around 30 seconds but my cross is okay, f2l sucks, and my oll and pll are around 3 seconds. So this helps a lot! You should do a advanced cross as well!

I'm averaging 11 seconds, clicked on this video because I'm still looking for better algs for certain cases which i rotate unnecessarily for. Helped me out here. Thanks! Make another video on special cases and i'll definitely sub

Very helpful video. Except every time I get told or shown something on a cube, it just like instantly deletes from my mind haha. I can never learn these things for some reason. My intuition isn’t great on a 3x3. My average is slowly dropping though because I recently just improved my lookahead

6:10 See my brain just wants to just UBU'B' there instead of the rotation

Wow, that makes my life a lot easier, I usually just solve that part when the white is next to the edge piece by seperating them both, then either connecting them and slotting it the correct area or just slotting it (also was inspired by you solving the cube underwater so while I was in the pool yesterday I decided to give it a go, and I somehow did it without suffocating to death. Happy happy.)😃

After watching some more videos the time it takes for you to solve the 4x4 is about the same as me solving the 3x3.

Last one was the best trick. I hate rotating on that case and never figured out how to avoid it. Can’t beat a 3 move insert!
