These Omron E6B2-CWZ1X encoders sell for $25 on eBay but I highly doubt they are genuine. Where did you get yourse? I checked on Mouser and it is $345.

Any need to set parameters if you’re using a belt drive or are you running 1:1 off the spindle? ...what is the name or part number of the connector you had shown? Thanks.

Why are you multiplying the 2000 p/r by 4 to get 8000? Is that 2000 pulses per lead or something?

I have a spindle encoder but I dont have the acorn board I have the mach 3 boards. Is there a way to wire it in ?
