Gray hair is beautiful, but did you know it can change your life? Here are 3 reasons to ditch the dye NOW!

THE 3 C’S OF DITCHING THE DYE
I have found that there are 3 main traits that you ACQUIRE while ON your journey. And they have nothing to do with hair color, yet they are literally BUILT INTO THE GRAY HAIR JOURNEY!

And so I like to think of them as the 3 Cs of the Gray Hair Journey, and we are going to get into each!

by far, the most important trait that emerges as you grow out your gray hair is confidence.

Before I ditched the dye, I was hardly the picture of confidence, racing to the store to buy hair color and slapping it on the minute those sparkly roots began to appear! Not confident at all.
So some people walk into situations confidently, while others gain confidence from a situation that produces trust in their own abilities.
And it’s a similar thing with growing out your hair dye.
Some people approach it head on with a full idea of how they will do it, not caring about what anybody else thinks. They approach it WITH confidence.
But most of us will gain confidence as we go, and by the end, we are these super resilient, badass beings that have developed through the journey itself.

by choosing to go gray, you are choosing to put yourself in a situation that is inherently designed to improve your confidence. And the same holds for the other two incredible characterstics you ACQUIRE while ON THE JOURNEY!

👀 Watch for more!

Together, these 3 C’s are powerful outcomes of your gray hair journey for personal growth and achievement that can have serious impacts on your entire life! So as you go along on your journey, enjoy your silver coming in , but remember to pay attention to the inner transformation that’s occurring simultaneously!

As a man, I say women look gorgeous in natural gray hair. You look beautiful with wrinkles and without makeup. Let your skin breathe and aging is not your enemy. It's not that men's opinions have to matter. It's not about us. It's about you. I say all these things to my wife but I cannot convince her. I see her hating herself for her looks. She's in pain but no matter how much I try I cannot help her. This is my message to you, "You are beautiful the way you are. Don't change a thing."

This is a wonderful video. A must watch for new silver sisters! I’m 50 years old, 8.5 months dye free & am FINALLY getting an idea of my silver pattern. I’m getting anxious to be rid of the brassy old brown dyed ends. My confidence is growing as my hair grows, I feel courageous going in public with 4 different colors of hair on my head (I just went to a wedding this weekend!😮) and I am committed to seeing this through. Hoping that I think my hair is beautiful in the end! 🤍🩶🤍

I can see my 1st set of greys in my hair, most of my hair is natural brown but I think it looks beautiful seeing my mixes of brown, red, gold, and some greys, I don’t mind it at all. I ditched my hair dying 5 years ago and haven’t looked back. I feel free of having to do all those root touch ups, so good! Keep up the great videos, you’re very inspiring 🩶🩶🩶 (grey hearts for our gorgeous greys!!!)

I am now a year and 7 months, almost grown out, my hair is just below shoulders, just had about 5 inches cut off, but I did it! used tru-hair concealer for roots, but my hair was a medium blonde and used blonde and light brown tru-hair for roots! Now I still use a light brown or white tru- hair as a high lighter, all i can say is you find your white hair almost looks like white blonde or platinum quite beautiful and sexy! You will see you look just as good as you did when you colored your hair! That's what i learned! I have to say I never got negativity from people only positive remarks like, it looks good, and hair colorists telling me " leave it alone, don't touch it! So in the end of your journey, you might just love it, as i am learning to do, it is pretty, I will give you that! Good luck to all you ladies, you just might love it! Love, wendy

This is amazing. I just turned 51. I am **so close** to letting the hair dye, bleach, fashion colors go. "Color" has been a part of my identity for the last decade. Bright fuchsia, bold purples and pinks, deep reds, blues. For me, my "color" was a message to my inner self for when my world goes dark., which is often. "Color was here. Color will come back again." Now, I am rounding the corner and realizing I am still alive inside. I am also realizing I now SEE color for the first time in what feels like forever. This means my insides have started to match my outsides and I may not need to depend on bright neon flashing signs to remind me the color is everywhere....and that without darkness, we would not recognize light. Thanks for the message (not) in a bottle. :)

You are really right. It really takes courage.I started going grey young, around 19 thanks to genetics. Always dyed my hair. When i got pregnant and couldnt dye it, i got comments about how grey it was and ran straight back to the hair dye after both pregnancies. Now at 35 i am finally ready. Nearly 2 inches of grey root after 4 months of no dying, and people are staring all ready. The skunk stripe is starting! Its pretty obvious next to my dark dyed ends. As my grey hair grows, i love it. I have full shiny silver on the underneath and my top layers look salt and pepper :-) Just going to be patience and ignoring stares and comments. Looking forward to seeing how my pattern develops. I hope it will bring me a new confidence.
Your videos have really helped me, in this last month, as it is so hard not to run to the dye. But i am ready and love my natural colour that im seeing. so sod everyone else.

Thanks for the inspiration.
