Im a truck driver. I see these on a nightly basis. I also saw a couple times when they drag like the fire from a vehicle in a drag race and then disappear into space. Its weird to explain but its definite and phenomenal as well. It's like the star hesitates for you to see it and to be sure your eyes aren't deceiving you. It's as if the star I wants you to have confirmation that your eyes aren't tricking you. Like, oh it is true. It's weird amazing and true. Many of us truck drivers see them personally all the time. The problem is we don't know how to explain the shooting and dragging lights except to say "oh I saw a shooting star". I think it's much more than that. Reminds me of The Jetsons cartoon. Advanced, whatever it is. Moving through our skies at those speeds no airplane, jet or rocket could cut through air at those types of speed. It's amazing and I can't explain to you the magnificence of it. UFOs I think. But who knows until the government reveals it to us.

Saw my first shooting star ever with my boyfriend last night while I was showing him Pleiades. It was beautiful and caught us by surprise. We were so happy!!

First time I saw a shooting star was when I was in bed ready to sleep but then I looked out the window and saw one and I was thrilled
