Chicken Souvlaki • Greek Pita Sandwich Recipe

Hers owt make these Souvlaki Chicken Pita Sandwiches 👇🏼

1. Marinate cubed chicken breasts in ¼ cup of olive oil, ½ juiced lemon, 3 gloves of minced garlic, dried parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper
2. Air fry the chicken until cooked
3. Make the tzatziki sauce by combining ¼ cup of yogurt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 shredded and drained cucumber, 1 clove of grated garlic, a bunch of chopped fresh dill, and salt to taste
4. Assemble the souvlaki sandwich by layering the tzatziki sauce on the fresh pita, add thin sliced tomato, red onion, and cucumber, then the chicken
