Family Matters Reunion!! Judy (Jaimee Foxworth) Speaks on Being Left OUT!!

Family Matters was one of the biggest shows of the 90s and still resonates to families today. The family came together recently for a reunion and there were plenty of laughs and hugs and reminiscing . One character that was missing from the cast reunion was the character Judy Winslow, which was played by Jaimee Foxworth. She has had a checkered past dealing with some drugs and being in the porn industry but has since turned her life around and has something to say about being omitted from the reunion.

They can not be serious...leaving Jamie Foxxworth out of the reunion because of her 'past'.
Jaleel White(Urkel) had issues with putting his hands on women, Darius McCrary(Eddie Winslow) had all kinds of issues and I'm sure they all did.

This is horrible and disrespectful. She play enough episodes on the show to be invited by whomever put this reunion together. I am glad she is doi g well tho. You never know what plan the Lord has for this young lady. All of the cast members should have requested her to be there. At the end of the day, she is a human being

Jamie was recognized as one of the family members. Even when she was cut from the show, folks did not forget about her. She should have been included in the reunion regardless of her past after the show. I feel that was wrong to exclude her.

Eddie "Darius" stated in an interview that Judy's (Jamie) mother got her fired due to demanding more money & wanting her in more scenes. So it's not the cast fault that she was let go. Hollywood will blacklist you if you speak out especially back then when there were even fewer black actors than there are now. She probably would have been allowed to stay & eventually had more scenes on the show had her mother not said anything. I don't believe they would have abruptly let her go had her mother not made a scene.

It’s heart breaking that she was erased from the show. A lot of people use it as a point when expressing how middle children feel. I don’t know what really happened here, but I’m glad the actress has more respect for herself now. I hope they do a reboot of the show. Crossing my fingers!!!

My heart goes out to Foxworth. This poor child did nothing wrong. Momma should have kept quiet and let her have her small role. It woukd have changed her life.

Hollywood can be really cruel. She was known as the child that went upstairs, and never came back down, and I think because her career did not flourish, and she was left with that stigma, that is what possibly made her go into the porn business, but whatever the case, she has turned her life around, and that is a plus for her, and she should have been included in the reunion, because she was part of the cast, even if it was momentarily, you should never exclude someone who has a, not so squeaky clean past, especially if they have cleaned up their act, you want to encourage them, and welcome them with open arms, and help them any way that you can to stay on the right track, that should always be your aim, especially when you are around someone, and you can really see that, they have turned their life around, it should be a joy to watch that person progress and grow, this woman has been through hell and back, she needs support, and encouragement not discouragement, and they need to, quite ostracizing this young lady, and apologize to this young lady for not fighting, for this young lady to keep her role, and for not sticking together, like a real cast is supposed to., the way they can show acceptance of this young lady, would be to, let this young lady reprise her role, and work unitedly on making the reboot of family matters a success. smooches😘
