With all your respect, I believe the sitcom had some abuse toward the kids. Years later, we can see the effect of the abuse on some of the cast members. I believe that abuse happened. Perhaps, this is why this young lady was let go as covered up.

I think Richie and Rachel should have been written out instead of Judy. It would have made more sense, cause there disappearance wouldn't have mattered, but Judy had already been established as one of the Winslow kids. I feel like if the producers thought that the Judy character wasn't needed, then they shouldn't have never created her character from the beginning, and what really makes it bad is that they brought in 3J that Carl and Harriette adopted in season 8. If the producers felt like Carl and Harriette didn't need more kids, then why bring in 3J? He was definitely not needed. His character didn't do much for show anyways.
