Your silence makes a very loud noise in a narcissist’s head particularly when supply runs low from other sources. For the narcissist’s former partner no contact or going silent expedites healing and is definitely the most effective way to avenge appropriately a cruel discard and any further wrongdoing on the narcissist’s part.
