Pandas Operations - Colums, Rows, Math | Dataframes | Python

PANDAS OPERATIONS ACTIVITY:

Create a DataFrame with 2 rows and 5 columns and make the second column have repeating values and third row have missing values. First replace the missing values with the number ‘5’ and then obtaining a list of all the unique values in the second column.
