Why would anybody deliver to an apartment building at night time if it's more than likely not in a good neighborhood? I wonder where his instincts are, did common sense not suggest not delivering to a bad neighborhood at night time? Even in my old neighborhood NO place would deliver food after 7 pm.
Instincts and common sense prevent things like this.
