If I could put a finger on it the suspects were young, their pants were hanging down, likely wearing dreads, has never been employed, hates police presence, detests education, has a hoodie, enjoys classical music(jk), sleeps during the day and is awake at night, is into street corner "prescriptions", has 2 kids and one on the way, Fathers Days causes mass confusion, you can hear their music from the next block, has diction that calls for an interpreter... ok I will be here all day if I go on.
