Head Chef and Owner of Hakkoku, Hiro Sato, who won a Michelin Star at his previous restaurant, makes an unexpected visit to Omaha Nebraska for a special collaboration dinner event with Chef David Utterback at Yoshitomo. This was a very rare occasion and I had the chance to join in and film the experience.
