This week we are featuring our first Omakase sushi experience on video at Soto on South Lamar in Austin, TX.
The Omakase experience is a chef's choice style of eating sushi. We dove into over 18 dishes ranging from Oysters, Wagyu to wide variet of nigiri all the way to tempura.
