If you harm children even unborn, you’re done

I would never vote for a woman who
was totally obsessed with promoting
abortion in every speech she made.

Why would men pick abortion over putting food on the table?! They didn't.

I am against abortion as I miscarried and only had one child. I love children. My daughter died from cancer at age 49

This is what happens when you narrow humanity to bare emotions. Women-abortion, Trans-diversity etc rather than appealing to people and real issues for all. Not that abortion was even a federal issue anymore.

The Supreme Court ruled that abortion is a state issue not a federal issue. Federal issues concern taxation at the federal level and interstate commerce. Health laws are determined by the individual states and vary from state to state. Abortion is not an exception under the Constitution. It's not a part of any Civil Rights legislation nor are any other health regulations and vary from state to state. Remember different states had different regulations and requirements during Covid.

Roe v Wade was NOT overturned wrt the jurisdiction of the abortion issue. Abortion was ALWAYS residual power held by the states as it is NOT an enumerated power under Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. The Dobbs decision in 2022 which many claim overturned Roe, was essentially the first case where the issue of jurisdiction over abortion was put squarely before SCOTUS. SCOTUS ruled correctly that it was a state issue. Look at Roe v Wade 1973. The ENTIRE case hinged on whether or not the Texas abortion law in that case was too restrictive or not. In that decision Justice Blackman never declared that abortion was a constitutional right nor did he address the jurisdictional issue of abortion. The 1992 sequel to Roe which was Planned Parenthood of Southern Pennsylvania v. Casey dealt with the Pennsylvania abortion law. In this case SCOTUS allowed restrictions on abortions to be put in place in a sense reversing the free for all which Roe allowed for 19 years earlier. So if anything it is Planned Parenthood of Southern Pennsylvania v. Casey 1992 which "reversed" Roe v Wade, but it only modified it. All this to say Dobbs simply affirmed what ever legal scholar know wrt the jurisdiction question of abortion law, that is that is is a state matter and NOT a federal one.

i can honestly say that it wasn't ABORTION that cost her my vote. it was the fact that ABORTION seemed to be the only thing she was running on and i personally don't give a damn about abortion. its perfectly legal for women to kill their babies in the state of nevada. to me its a non issue. she couldn't run on any other topic, because she's part of the administration that created the economic utopia and foreign affairs we live in now. ABORTION is something i could care less about. if american women want to kill their babies that's fine with me. we have plenty of foreigners wanting to come here. we are not going to run out of people.

Actually lot of people voted for Trump agrees with her one thing including myself. A woman knows her position in life about having a child. They are situations in life i agree when woman should have option having abortion. Where they went wrong blaming all on Trump bad decision. Trump did right thing leave that issue up to each state. That is reality just common sense

Partly, Harris advisors misinterpreted the polls which found that abortion was the #3 issues in America. They forgot that abortion has been a top issue for lots of people for years--for pro-life voters. Harris' advisors forgot that only a percentage of the people saying abortion was a top issue were people who wanted unrestricted abortion. The rest were people who wanted less abortion. Bad mistake.

Rubbish. Economy is now very good. As far as the border is concerned there was a bipartisan bill o address i but it was torpedoed by Trump for petty party political reasons.

Regardless of what side of the abortion debate you are on, it is stupid to try and make a State Issue a Federal Issue when the chances of amending the Constitution are really an unknown and the fact that any change would be a substantial time away. The election day result proved that to be right as the voters were more concerned with putting food on the table, gas in the car and stopping illegal immigrants taking their jobs and making them unsafe.

Trump played to the major concerns of the majority while Harris played to the concerns of the minority. It really is that simple!
