Your videos are so soothing. As someone who recovered from ED, i had to put my interest in healthy eating aside to completely heal cuz of how most vids are laced with diet culture etc. You are so informative, healing, and genuine! I just feel excited to eat what I want to eat again and I was clueless, you give me inspiration along with the info, so great! Thank you!

PLEASE do lunch! I have such a bad relationship with lunch because I don't have time to cook, I don't like most leftovers (especially meat), and I have trouble digesting unsprouted bread-type products.

When I made banana oatmeal before, I cooked in half of the banana in the oatmeal and then cut the other half into slices as a topping. 😊

This is great timing! I've been on the hunt for healthy breakfast ideas, particularly gluten and diary free. I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and so I've been changing my diet. Thanks for the ideas Meghan!
