The video never says that you are only looking for solutions that are natural numbers. Obviously the equation has infinite real solutions. And this needs to be said from the beginning. I suggest making things clearer in the title of the video.

Did you just say how many solutions for x and y without any condition at all? You have to say integer solutions because if not, there are infinite solutions.
