Poor kid, his pride and self-worth is tied up in his school and work. Going to work at a place to round-up a cv is quite saddening.

I discovered: Self employed and College are like oil and water. Even if you try to mix them, they eventually must and do separate. In the terminology of Robert Kiyosaki, they are S-Quad vs. E-Quad. Two completely different psychological profiles or mind-sets.

I've been self employed for 43 years. With NO college degree. Yet everyone who ever worked for me, had a degree. The problem was, their "education" was useless. Trivial. Un-salable in the Real world. Too far below the level of quality work I did for clients. I had to train them.

As a result of my training and management, my team achieved productivity 10 to 50 times published industry standards. College became inane.
