No one should be forced, coerced, or manipulated into being vaccinated under any circumstances.

Getting vaccinated is a personal decision that doesn't need a third party's input.

Short answer, NO. This is an absolute violation of individual liberty.

So can students legally sue the universities if they suffer infertility, or other side affects, since they were left with no choice?

It will not be legal until the FDA "Fully" authorizes it. Its still under "Emergency" authorization.

You have to be kidding. An emt claiming he treats covid patients? This is disgusting. Healthy college age people have a statistical zero percent chance of dying because of covid. This is sick and needs to stop immediately. There is no excuse for traumatizing children.

The real question is with so much reduced resources, diminished experience, inability to use certain campus resources, and etc; why are college costs are still rising? You are a sucker if you paying top dollar for zoom university.

College students are one of the least in danger (as if anyone under 65 without several underlying conditions is in danger) groups. This guy really just said he's scared and wants to feel safe, pathetic. My generation is pathetic.

The legality of forcing something that is not fully FDA approved is nonsense and criminal! If is not FDA approved how can you force it on your neighbor? that is like saying you must take an experimental drug that has not yet been fully studied.

High tuition cost and college’s offering worthless degrees is one of the reasons VO Tech school enrollments have skyrocketed!

When half the students don't return, and they double tuition for who's left. Yea this should work out just fine.

This will change a lot of peoples mind regarding on campus university. Most degrees are a waste of money anyway.

When the vaccines get FDA approval instead of "emergency use" then maybe they can require it....
But what happens to the students who get adverse reactions to the vaccine because the university made them get it? Who will be held liable? Who's going to fork over the $$$$ for their care?
