Unfortunately after 2016 ended I stopped playing pokemon go, and to this day it’s one of my biggest regrets, I missed so much on such a fun game just because it was a “trend” to hate on it 💀 but, I did manage to snag a mimikyu pikachu which I’ve been very happy about and have been back into the game the last few months and have been enjoying it a lot, so thank you mystic for helping my gameplay 🤝

Armoured Mewtwo should return with its own focused event:
Shiny version gets released, Appearing in 5-star raids again, Shadow version with Giovanni, can trade Shadow Pokemon during event. Sounds awesome.

The original shiny sunglasses Squirtle was a blast for a special reason. To get sunglasses Squirtle, you had to complete research tasks, and players quickly realized that the shiny encounters were not "random"; They were assigned to specific pokestops, meaning that all players completing the research task from one of the those pokestops would get a shiny encounter reward. Social media platforms used by players were very active that day with players calling out the pokestops in their towns where a guaranteed shiny could be encountered.

I believe that Shadow Mewtwo will make a comeback. But as for Armored Mewtwo, the chances are low(mainly due to what it historically means to POGO).

Shiny Mew: You we’re able to buy the ticket for the research (if you missed out the first time)

Shadow Mewtwo: Debunked Shadow Raids, you could also get a shiny shadow mewtwo now.

Lugia: Not really sure if that Lugia is special besides the date, but Lugia was in raid this year.

And like I said, it’s only august as of writing this. The Halloween Pokémon’s have a fair chance of returning. Armored mewtwo could return, not sure how but i wasn’t expecting Ed Sheeran event so who knows. The hat pikachu is the only one I don’t see ever coming back.

Another one which I have that I am sure MYSTIC7 does not have: The first ever Rayquaza. On 2/9/2018, there was one Rayquaza raid that randomly released in Marymoor Park, which is located in Redmond, Washington, United States. This happened one day BEFORE all other gyms around the world ever saw Rayquaza in raids. There were so many trainers there, and I, of course, live in Washington, so I went there with friends as well. I not only ended up catching it, but the Rayquaza I have is also a perfect 4*. Next to my other exclusive things I have, this was my best catch in Pokémon GO history.

mimikyu pikachu was also spawning in the wild during the 2020 halloween event and was part of special research in 2021 :)

I have a mimikyu pickachu that is listed as having been caught through special research just this May. Now I've been lazy with some research so it's very likely that it was from the 2019 event, but it makes it semi-unique that way! :)

I have most of these, but I really wish they'd do the clone starters that came with the Armored Mewtwo event again. I missed those and I'm still mad I did. They really should do more second chance stuff for limited pokemon in like Go Fest or something.

2 things. 1: wow, I didn’t know fragment hat pikachu was so rare, I actually have a shiny of him! 2: I think surfing pikachu (shiny or non shiny) should’ve been in there because it was the first ever community day and you could’ve gotten a shiny pikachu with a move you can never get again. I happen to have 2 shinies myself.

I remember when raids became a thing in 2017/2018
Then our area gyms started becoming ex raids in mid 2018/2019
Was super hyped to get an ex raid pass and get my Mewtwo🥳
