Broadcasting History in Western Australia

To commemorate fifty years of television in Western Australia, three work colleagues and good friends embarked on a mission to preserve the imagery and stories of how it all happened.

This involved much research by delving into the archives and video libraries, with much valued material coming from the many veterans, who kept photos and memorabilia.

Our Western Australian Television and Radio History reporting now exists on three platforms.

Starting with our web page, we expanded by providing YouTube videos. We then enabled a wider conversation between veterans and interested persons, by creating a Facebook presence.
