Why transwomen don't have 'female brains' in male bodies

Have you heard Trans Rights Activists (aka Men's Rights Activists) try to argue that trans people have an opposite-sexed brain to that of their body? This argument is completely ridiculous and I explain the basic premise of the fallacy here.

Still trying to decide how to make these videos so I can make them faster. Scribbling out these panels didn't take too long but I want to keep you guys ENTERTAINED, yanno? Let me know if you appreciated the stupid doodles.

(BTW I got a new microphone after making this so I hope the next video will have better audio! Thanks for your patience!)

It's ok to be a man, gay or straight. Parents need to accept the sex of their autistic or pre homosexual kids even if they are male.

Thank you for this explanations, I thought similar things, but couldn't articulate it as well.

Rodger Sperry's split brain experiments are proof enough that men and women have very different brains. These differences are not hard to see in both structural and functional analysis.

The differences are not totally negligible. Women's and men's brains are functionally different as well as structurally. For example women are capable of speaking with both sides of the brain, men can almost exclusively speak with the left side. If you split the lobes, men will have problems verbally communicating what is happening in the right lobe, and drawing what is happening in the left lobe. Women have less trouble in this scenario.

I'm sad because I'm only now watching your videos. The video is helpful. Thanks Nena for your efforts 💞💞🙏🏻.

That was great. I'll be checking out more of your vids for sure. 👍 on a side note: I think a fair number of TRA types avoid the phrase 'female brain in male body'. So I'd be tempted to emphasize how non-significant the differences between male/female brains are anyway with these types.

They do, theres multiple studies showing this

Luckily there's plenty of quality studies too, where the trans individuals were pre hrt and both male and female control groups were of the same size. There are specific differences between the sexes in gray matter and in the limbic system. In trans people, those regions are shifted towards their gender identity..
Not acknowledging that and talking yourself around that fact to make reality suit your opinion is called cognitive dissonance.

Could you cite some of your sources or link the junk studies for more clarity?

You know, calling them sexist stereotypes is fine and all, but most of the trans exclusionary arguments are themselves, based on harmful sexist stereotypes (especially about anyone born male).

Even if gendered brains weren’t a thing, its no surprise some people find themselves identifying more with the opposite sex, because most people do act like gendered brains are actually a thing even without actually being trans. It happens almost all the time.

The fact is, surveys do show that gendered differences in behaviour usually do exist, but they also show that there are exceptions to the so called rule.

So are trans people deluded? No. It’s easy to understand why such people feel lonely as their birth sex, because they do happen to actually be in a minority for their birth sex.

I’m unsure about your take on brain scans specifically, because I’m not a neuroscientist, but this is based on things I have read.

Really disappointed in your outro. 1 Star. Do Better.

1st we hardly know anything about the brain. Neurologist are only begining to figure how much they don't know.

I haven't heard the female brain in a male body comment for about a decade, except from anti trans people. Other then that it's a okay video.

Yes, all people should have a MRI of the brain or perhaps a PET scan as well. These are cheap studies to do. Perhaps estrogen and testosterone serologies should be done. Everyone should have height measurements. It appears that you went to great lengths to disprove trans theories. Obviously you must have gone through studies that were posted in the New England Journal of Medicine, or in Scientific American. I have spent more than four decades in clinical medicine. Perhaps being a feminist lesbian puts you at a bias. There are numerous studies including post mortem of the brain performed. Your evaluation has flaws as does the book you suggested. My conclusion is that more professional medical studies need to be done. That height and transgenderism correlation is deeply flawed conclusion. Transgender is a very wide umbrella term and what you are remarking about is the transsexual individual. The bottom line is that the transgender community are actual human beings with a wide range of diversity and indeed deserve respect as all humankind should have.
