Grew up thinking I needed more than a block of curry. I used to use way more.

778 Calories | 64g Protein | 103 carbs | 8g Fat

Ignore the directions on the back of the curry box, follow this recipe if you want it macro friendly and it’s lower in sodium.

If you’re wondering, my bowl is from @hankookchinawareusa

1 Meal Ingredients:
3g butter
1 block of curry
60g potato
Carrots
1/2 onion
1.5 cups of water (add more according to desired consistency)
250g Chicken Breast ( just salt and black pepper will do)
8g Panko (this is how many grams my chicken picked up)
160g cauliflower rice (please cook this to get all the moisture out of the cauliflower rice)
200g white rice
Spring onions if you want to garnish

How to make it for meal prep Ingredients (MAKES 5-6 MEALS):
15g butter
4 blocks of curry
200g Potato
3 full carrots
3 onions
6 cups of water (add more according to your desired consistency)
1250g Chicken breast ( you can just cut cubes of chicken and throw it into the curry and have it simmer in there if you want to make life easier)
