Triumph has updated the Speed 400 for 2025, and as a part of the model year updates, the motorcycle gets visual, functional, and feature upgrades. These changes come at a time when Royal Enfield has launched the Guerrilla 450, a direct rival to the Triumph Speed 400.

The best part is that they could’ve just introduced this as an accessory and charged the customers extra for the brushed exhaust, instead they made it a stock fitment. Kudos to triumph for that!

Glad, Triumph listened to customer dissatisfaction towards powder coated exhaust. But, in the first place, Triumph should not have done this change from chrome exhaust to a powder coated one. Very poor and unwanted execution from Triumph

Initially it was launched with the same brushed chrome exhaust only, last year they did change to black color after the T4 launch which was not well received by customers and then this was changed in MY24 itself. So it's not a MY25 change. Please get the facts right.

Still my left leg burnt like hell from heat pushed out by the radiator on my test ride. While scrambler 400x is best for my budget with all the features covered. But only thing missing on it was cross spokes wheels. Which I hope they'd change with scrambler 400xc that would release sooner than later!! I'm waiting for the spokes version
