I have the HP04 model 2 years now it only removes dust near the container part my room still has dust.

We just got the hp04 it’s pretty cool except that it caused me to have throat issues for a week and now my toddler keeps coughing at night. I read online could be helpa filter fiberglass particles in air idk what to believe but we’re gonna try it off for a week n see how it goes. We got the refurbished one for $250 on Black Friday not bad price

They are ok, come up heaps cheaper all the time online but my god they are noisy on heating mode as you can’t control the fan speed in heating mode, it only comes out the front and it will not run in low speed during heating

The dust build-up will be the least of your worries. The noise pollution will mean you having to use noise-cancelling headphones whilst gaming.

It might pull some of the smaller particles from the air, but you will still have dust. Have to clean that manually still.

Plus even those fans have blades on the inside that can get dirty. Some of them you can clean fairly easily.

Dyson air purifiers actually don’t do a good job at purifying the air. Check out the Blueair Pure 211i Max

It’s a bit bigger but can purify a 500 sq foot room.

It’s also a fraction of the cost of the Dyson.

Dyson fans are NOT worth the money, they are weaker than a $40 fan and even with the filter they fill up with dust themselves, and unlike a normal fan you can't clean a Dyson fan out, but if you want to build a jet engine the axi-centrifugal compressor is perfect, but still more expensive than buying a proper billet turbo wheel 😅
