The "Cool" naming is there to imply that it cools you down when you're feeling hot and not to cool the room as like an air conditioner.

Excellent review, love it!!! It's 2025 now, I just got this Dyson fan for $20, and I simply love it! Why buy a conventional fan for just about the same price if I can get a "futuristic" one?!!☺️
