Got an extra 170m and it wasn’t easy! Last half coming down the pyramid was significantly more challenging than last workout but I kept the split falls to 2-3 seconds and am feeling good. Set my concept 2 for a custom workout repeating 2:00 intervals. I really like being able to review my performance like that and would definitely recommend anyone else reading to take a second to set up your intervals before starting. As always thanks for the content Austin!

I’m doing a 5K at 2:09 at best. I’m trying to get to a 2:08 split or just under 21 minutes. By the way, I’m 69. What would be the start for me? Say, 2:18 and move each 2 minutes 2 seconds. That gets me to 2:08 for the last 2. Then keep each of the last 5 at 2:08?
