Good as always, JB. I’m sorry your dealing with the foot problem. I know you weren’t complaining. May we all be sensitive to people around us that may be dealing with physical pain. I try to do that in this current job. ☺️

Very good video! I gave/sent 11 boxes my clothing to a friend in another state last year, spent $300+ in UPS charges last year. Well worth the expense and effort. It was for her and her daughter. So my only purchases last year were underwear, shoes, a new robe, a black blazer. This goes with what I have in my closet. Investment pieces, I call it. I love clothes but just don’t wear evening wear anymore (which the friend needed) and dressier work clothes.I’m retired and this was hanging in my closet!!

I remade my whole closet! Much happier with fewer garments.

Sorry about your pain. I get it. I broke 3 bones in right leg Sept 2021, in bed 6 months, and broke the ankle in half. So I periodically have pain. But I’m walking! I was told I wouldn’t walk. I answered ‘watch me!’ And I am. Love my canes and bought several colors to coordinate with outfits! Ha! So I get it when you say pain. And I get Marcus Aurelius when he said ‘look at the alternative’ of no pain at all.

So you are ‘stating a life fact’, not complaining. I get it. I’m asked how I am. I reply, ‘Happy and Content!’

Love your videos! I keep buying the books from your links, as I read a lot. Your insights are inspiring!

Another busy week ahead for me. But I wanted to check in and see your shows.

Sending you peace and many blessings for March!!

Hope your pain gets to be more tolerable. Growing up I would often hear, "We all have our own cross to carry". With this method of thinking one can possibly endure life's strugles in a better and accepting manner.
I aughed when you said, "hopefully, not too stinky". I'm allergic to candle stink and air spray stink 😂- what a headache I get and even my breathing gets affected.
As a frugal air freshner I like to use cinnamon. A fresh and nice scentl of cinnamon spreads throughout the house when boiling in water in a lidless pot on the stove.

I guess your "regime" kicks in now that all the b-day food is out of the way! you've got this! 😊
Take care!
