The becoming stronger as a woman thing hits really hard. I'm American, but I was the biggest woman at 5'3 at the Red Lobster I worked at for several months. I never appreciated having male servers before until it was just women. I was the only person tall enough to take the trash out to the dumpster so I did it 8x a day. No one could carry two 36' trays at a time and maneuver the kitchen door (me included) except for one 5 ft woman who had been serving since birth. Appreciate the men and tall/strong ladies in your life
