I can't believe it's already mid July. I decided to do a Mid Year Reset and share how to check in for a happier life.

This year has definitely been THE YEAR of reflection, reevaluating, resetting my whole life. I feel like I'm readjusting to this new mindset but I'm feeling so much better than I did earlier in the year. In terms of "numbers", I may not have been as "successful" but in terms of happiness, I'm feeling pretty confident and excited to share what I've been learning more of this year.

Yes! You are making sense. Honoring the reflection and retreat state and stop beating myself to hustle is a very good reminder I need now. And it's okay. Yes, it is okay.

Very insightful video, I find it easy to stay stagnant when I give myself 2-3 days of rest but whenever Im in motion I try to keep the momentum!
