Great video, absolutely loves this and it has reminded me of some of my goals that I have let slip, now wanting to get my goals and habits back on track, so thank you for sharing and bringing this back into my forefront mind.
Something I found useful in drinking water was watching another YouTuber who said someone once told them whenever they have a drink they were told to take 5 decent sips of water. I make sure I am doing this before every meal and whenever I am making a coffee (which is very frequent), I take 5 big sips of water. It has really helped me increase my water intake as I never used to drink any water, it was literally only coffee, as coffee helps my mind calm and focus, so basically as my psychiatrist told me, I was self managing my undiagnosed ADHD for 44 years with coffee. So that still is the case, coffee is my anxiety relief and I rely on coffee. But I have not been able to read for all my life, I now sit up in bed and read a book before I go to sleep, it has helped me have a better quality sleep. I have been very slack recently with my reading, so I have just got a new book and it's sitting next to my bed waiting for me to start it tonight.
Hope some of this either gives you some sort inspiration, and doesn't offend you in any way, shape or form. I love your content and you as a person💝.

I love my morning routines
I wake up at 3:30am, go to the kitchen, have half a glass of water and I only have the downlights on, so it’s just dimly lit.
As I have my pre-workout, I will start journaling for 5-10mins and then get dressed and go straight to the gym at 4am to start my day.

This has helped me break the habits of waking up and going on my phone, it’s more of a me time since it’s just so still in the morning. Maybe something you could try.
I’ve also started implementing reading on the train commute to work (50mins) in the mornings as well, so I’m not feeling overwhelmed before work.

Hope these gives you some sort of inspo

I have been experiencing some burn out myself the last couple of weeks juggling casual work, study commitments and helping at church. I noticed I no longer had the energy to give out to people and I had discovered that I had a few friendships that needed to have some boundaries applied to them as I felt like my friends were not taking my needs into consideration, only their own. I have had to have some confronting conversations and I will have to have at least one more before the year is out that I'm not looking forward to but it needs to be done. Thank you for the reminder to reassess and rest. I will be reviewing my goals and ensuring I keep healthy boundaries in place. I love all your video's and I'm totally okay with seeing the day to day, life stuff as I find your video's relaxing. I'm praying we all hit our goals for the next six months and find a rhythm of rest, play and being productive. Love your video's keep em coming. Watching another Aussie is the best and I love your white, beige, green and pink aesthetic vibe. Your videos and you are an absolute slay and your basically my Youtube friend at this point!! 17:53 this is such a small thing but honestly, thank you for saying not just "her" but "them" here. I really enjoy these kind of reset-themed videos but unfortunately too often they are very much made by girls for girls, and as a non-binary person I sometimes feel like I'm not wanted in the audience of those videos and not wanted in the community of those youtubers. I love watching those videos (and I loved this video!) but feeling excluded sometimes kinda ruins them for me.
