Dee, that woman was Beidou. I main her, and this is the first time she's in a story, so I was excited too!
Her backstory: she hails from Liyue, she has a fleet and she singlehandedly killed a legendary Sea Monster she battled for days, all without a Vision (Powers). She lost an eye but was blessed with an Electro vision after the legendary feat. She's a badass.

Actual you can just call him Kazuha since he comes from the region of Inazuma which is based on Japan so the naming is done the same. With last name first and first name last.

A trick to pronouncing Japanese is that the syllables do not affect each each other like they do in English. So, Kaedehara Kazuha is pronounced like Ka-e-de-ha-ra Ka-zu-ha.
