Listen Nintendo. Just give us a powerful handheld console over that sorry ass Switch and you don't need to worry about the emulator anymore.

My lawyers advise me to say that I play on console and that I have never even heard of an emulator.

Emulator all day. It’s a chore to get it all setup but once you do it’s game changing. Especially with all the incredible mods out there

I like original lighting, but even if we keep it emulator still better. Consoles have 720p, 30fps and no antialiasing. Cemu fixes it all and also you can provide better graphics like draw distance, reflections etc.
I downloaded game yesterday for the first time and it's pleasure to play it in 3440x1440 and 60 fps.

I hope the Switch 2 gimmick is that it can play alot of the OG Switch games in better resolution and 60 fps

Without nintendo we wouldn't have such a masterpiece to emulate somewhere else, nintendo all the way

I couldn't get it to be better on the emulator

This is how the game looks on my Switch, because it is modded so I can use Fizeau to give the game better colors. I can't play without it anymore. In the TV it is just ajusting the colors but the resolution on TV won't be the best (while in portable mod it is perfect) so in this case playing at the emulator is advantageous

"Looks much better" meanwhile it's just obnoxious reshade filters. It does look and run much better on cemu, but i hate when people slap reshade on a game and act like it isn't just smudging the artistic choices using screen filters.

Yeeea dont let this video fool you. Getting emulators to run the game EQUAL to the switch versions nevermind BETTER is a massive timesink.

I've been trying for days to get TOTK to run at 60fps without slowing the game down. I might as well just go back to the switch at this point

Depends on the game
For example in this case BOTW would play and look better on an emulator, but if you wanna play games like Mario 64, then real hardware is better

Emulator, for pretty much the reasons you said. Looks better, plays better, has higher frame rate, and has mod support.

Why wouldn't you use an emulator? Better service and experience all around.

I got to admit it does look somewhat better but I like saving money I don't feel like doing those crazy experiments that could make you a lot of money yet right now but I really love the the graphics buying a good upscaler or or even good HDMI cables is 10 times then spending over hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a fancy ass PC that's just looks so damn good I want to do that after I get rich not before after but I love the look anyway 🤩
