Healthy & Easy Chocolate Bark🤩 I’ve been working on my new recipe E-book for about a year now and it’s almost ready! The book is full of healthy desserts and also breakfast & snack recipes! Can’t wait to share it with you❤️

This recipe makes about 4 servings:
80 g / 3 oz. 80% dark chocolate
60 g / 2 oz. raspberries, halved (use freeze-dried raspberries to make the bark last longer)
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
2 tablespoons shredded coconut

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave
2. Spread the chocolate on a plate/cutting board lined with parchment paper
3. Add the toppings
4. Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes
5. Cut into pieces
