Overwatch: The Best Carry Heroes

Overwatch isn't deemed a game that's easy to carry in, for good reason, it's a team game first. However, there are a few roles and heroes in the team that have the lion's share of responsibilties and potentially can take over a game. In this video FREEDO explains why the "Main-Tank" and "Main-DPS" roles are the best for 'carrying'. However, it must be noted, that most games will not be determined by carry play, but instead by teamwork, ability/ultimate synergy and proper grouping up/initiation, however an individual can only account for themself, so within that small of scope, those two roles are the best to carry a team with.

I never blame the healer, except that one time i ended up with gold healing as 76 when we had a Lucio and Ana. But seriously they're usually way more team orientated than any glory whore, shitty dps and I always appreciate that even if they're not healing entirely well.

Yeah I love playing healer but you are right that you just can't make enough of a difference to make up for bad dps.

I hate when people consistently choose junkrat just to be and idiot and run up up to the enemy rein shield just to die. It triggers me so hard

quite frankly to carry your games in gold/plat most of the time it comes to "group the fuck up!". So many games were ppl keep on rushing 4v6 and then blame the dps/heal... 2nd terrible point in gold/plat > "regroup" mean get the fuck out of the choke and stop feeding the ennemy team ult charge. Seriously these are the 2 main issue in gold/plat, positionning and tunnel vision are not as bad for the game as those...

I find Zenyatta is a big carry. Discord is a great melter for your team and constant healing is great. Also his ult is a great counter to many aoe ults aka Team wipe ults. Zen ult can make genji's ult useless. Also when he had the discord nerf his main atk got buffed. He'll do more damage then Sombra.

It doesn't matter if your healer is good as a Rein it you charge in and leave them behind.
Also it doesn't matter if they are good if they are dead because everyone is rushing in and leaving them behind.
Protect the healer people! They need you and you need them.

I have carried games as Roadhog and Reaper a lot but we still lose. If I take out 3 ppl my team still some how will lose even if the odds are in are favor. That is why you never play with randos lol

I think there is a huge problem with players switching things up when something is not working. People tend to stick with the hero they picked first for some reason.

I'm a good dps but all the 12 yr old kids auto lock Genji and reaper then blame the entire rest of the team for only having 3 kills.
