Having a small hero pool has helped me solo carry more often. I main mei and venture this season and combined they cover pretty much every matchup, team comp, and map at least ok.

Definitely have more hours logged on Juno this season than any other hero. And from my experience so far in ladder, there's a bunch of people that simply do not play her correctly. Knowing when/how to use her CDs is super important. Also, much like Ana if you can't aim this is not the hero for you. Her primary is a fast moving projectile burst. Plus to top it off she has damage AND healing falloff. So there's a lot to take into mind.

You are 100% correct about her speed ring. While not as potent as Lucio amping speed, it's WAY easier to use I typical ladder play. People seem to understand it better in the heat of battle. This has made it so much easier for me to control the fight than when I played Lucio. I have more hours logged on Lucio than any other hero and if I had a penny for every time I amped speed to disengage only for my team to stand there and lose a fight I'd be Elon Musk
