Any time there is some free program/app you need to install, in order to "do amazing things", it's probably not true. Worse, it's something malicious, masquerading as something desirable. No software on your PC will ever be capable of doing this. If it were possible to bypass an ISP's control, it would have to happen somewhere in-line before your modem, intercepting the specific signal the ISP is sending to the modem to say, "stop passing on packets to the router or PC, cause this person hasn't paid!" IE: a physically installed hack, put in-place after paid-service was established, would be required. In my opinion, all utilities should be non-profit and be public (not publicly traded either).

To bypass isp you don't have hardware enough (i mean cable that connects to NBC and router to make wireless connection possible to your home) if you have what i mentioned inside the bracket() you can bypass isp and get internet.
